Episode 14: Appeals from superior court decisions, and bail part 1

This episode we’ll continue discussing the Criminal Procedure Act, starting with appeals from superior court decisions, including interlocutory appeals, and cases stated. We then move onto an introduction to the Bail Act 1977 (Vic).
